Rebuilding Together Henry County (RTHC) is seeking bids from qualified contractors for home repair work as part of our mission to repair homes, revitalize communities, and rebuild lives. The selected contractor will provide all labor, materials, permits, and equipment necessary to complete the project as outlined below.

Bids received after the deadline may not be considered.
Bids will be evaluated based on price, quality of materials, proposed timeline, and contractor qualifications. RTHC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award contracts in the best interest of the organization and the homeowners we serve.
Contractors are responsible for visiting the project site before submitting bids to verify measurements, existing conditions, and scope of work. Work must comply with all applicable building codes and safety regulations.
